Yesterday, we've booked our flights to go to Benin. We'll leave the UK on the 21st May. So all of a sudden, things are accelerating and we need to be ready in five weeks.
But during the last few months, Simon reminded us regularly that we were going to Benin.
One of the things he likes to do is looking at pictures on the computer and pictures of Benin are always a good choice.
And a few weeks ago, when we asked him where he wanted to go for a walk, he answered "Benin".
We don't know how Simon will react when we arrive in Cotonou, but at least he knows and looks forward going to Benin.
