Mobile phone

Now when you're in Parakou or Cotonou, you can see many people with at least one mobile phone. MTN says in one of its advert that they now have 1 million people who subscribed their offer.

We bought a SIM card for one of our phones. It did cost us 1000 F CFA (around £1) and after delocking the phone we can phone and text from Benin which is great.
If we want to buy a phone, you can find a basic one costing 15,000 F CFA.
